Refund & Returns Policy

At HealthPeople, your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities. We take great care to ensure the quality of our Ayurvedic products. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been shipped or delivered.


1. Non-Returnable Products

All our Ayurvedic products are non-returnable due to:

  • Health, hygiene, and safety concerns
  • The sensitive nature of natural and consumable products
  • Risk of contamination once opened or handled

Please double-check your order before placing it.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is:

  • Physically damaged
  • Leaking or tampered
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Clear photos of the product and outer packaging
  • Your order number and contact details

We will investigate the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit (at our discretion), provided the claim is valid and submitted on time.


3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are not applicable under normal circumstances.
  • In rare cases of failed payment or duplicate transaction, refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
